Request Delete Account

If you'd like for your account deleted from The Nursing Way mobile app (obtained from either the App Store or Google Play), please follow the below process.

Steps to Delete Account:

Option 1: You may delete your account directly within The Nursing Way app by selecting Profile → Delete Account → Confirm.

Option 2: Request Admin Support

• Submit your name and email address in the form below.
• Email submitted must match the email used in The Nursing Way app.
• A deletion confirmation request will be sent to the email address associated with your Nursing Way account.
• Reply back, confirming request. 
• After verification, we will delete your account, profile information, app activity and progress, and associated community content from our systems within 48 hours. Information may only be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
