Using Our Emotions to Remember Ourselves Home
A special 2 hour workshop to Reconnect with the Wisdom of Your Emotions
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions, unsure of why they are showing up or how to respond? Many of us are taught to suppress our feelings—but what if they were actually guides leading you home to yourself and your own wisdom?
In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how to understand and work with your emotions so they become trusted allies rather than obstacles.
When
Date & Time: Thursday October 22 at 2pm PT/5pmET (2 hours)
Location:Â Zoom
Recording: This workshop will not be recorded—please plan to attend live.
Workshop Description
Emotional awareness relates to our understanding of the language of emotions: what they are, how (and why) they arise, how they work, and how to work with them.
Integrative Nurse Coach Sarah DeVincenzi will walk you through an exploration of a situation that's happening in your life right now, and she'll help you take a wide-angle view of what's going on. Then, you'll be introduced to the gifts in your emotions in order to discover what might help you with your situation.
Sometimes, it can be hard to identify your emotions, but once you've named them and learned their unique questions, you can begin to engage with them directly and receive their amazing wisdom and support.
We welcome you to this exploration of your emotions as allies!
